Our living room opens its doors to a tasty breakfast buffet from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., where local delicacies and freshly baked bread await you. Fancy a perfectly fried egg? Simply let our host or hostess know.

Get your day off to a flying start with our business breakfast. Enjoy freshly squeezed gravy, Illy coffee, a croissant and a small bowl of yoghurt with fresh fruit. This delicious breakfast is waiting for you from Monday to Thursday, served at the bar, between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

A lively living room where you can do whatever you want. There are corners everywhere where you can sit comfortably, get rid of mail on your laptop, read a book or have a drink together at the bar. Here you can enjoy a cake from De Rouw or Tarte Martin with a cup of coffee/tea, but you can also enjoy a good glass of wine, a freshly tapped beer or an ice-cold glass of soda along with one of our bar bites or a snack board.
Are you sitting comfortably in your room but craving a drink or snack? Simply order via the QR code and we'll deliver it directly to you! Every day until 23:00.
Do you want to enjoy a pastry or a snack board outside? That's possible! A terrace is open every day until 22:00, on the side of the car park. Would you rather sit on the other side with a lawn? Then order via the QR code!
Fort Isabella is home to Hotel Ryder. There are woods and a canal on the edge. In between, a food hall with a beer café, bistro and the tastiest pizzas. There is a good restaurant within walking distance and the Bossche broek walking area shines in the distance. Nature is everywhere and a ten-minute bike ride takes you to the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch.

Want to explore the area by bike? Then rent the city bike for €15, - or an electric bike for €30, - and ask the reception for a bike route! For Hotel Ryder, sustainability is just something we no longer consider normal and try to make the most sustainable choices in everything. For example, our Auping mattresses are 100% recyclable. If we work with large bottles of cosmetics, no plastic please, our illy coffee pads are biodegradable. We pour filter water from the tap. Try to get everything to us with as little transport as possible. And make as much use as possible of all the goodies that our environment has to offer, preferably organic. You want more? Please feel free!
